Industrial requirements

1. Material size is 90-260 mesh.

2. No metal is allowed in the material. Otherwise, the roll surface will be damaged.

3. Feeding must be satisfied. It is advisable to use adjustable speed screw feeder to observe the amount of material returned and adjust the amount of new material supplied.

4. Before feeding, the machine must be empty for a few weeks before filling the material. In order to prevent the ball press machine from overfeeding and overloading the reducer and motor, it is the roller shaft of the ball press that is twisted off.
